I employed Optimum Property Solutions as per a colleague’s recommendation. I had issues with my then Agent and was lost on what to do. Carli had to take on our property that had nightmare tenants and had to take on all of the drama that came with it from the get go. Needless to say the problem was sorted and we now have amazing tenants.

We initially started renting a property through Optimum and it was very clear how personal and professional the customer service was so we switched the property management of our Gold Coast apartment to Optimum. A win win for both us as tenants and also our GC tenants.

Working and liasing with Carli from Optimum Property Solutions was the perfect solution to my property needs . After experiencing poor work ethics and engaging in a terrible experience with my previous tenants , I’m glad I found Carli when I did . Carli worked effortlessly and efficiently with me to sort out what was turning into a huge problem into a positive outcome, which resulted in minimal loss. My only regret is that I didn’t employ Carli sooner, highly recommended!
